Ibis London Canning Town

Great location and super friendly staff!

Staying here was great! The staff was so chill and genuinely friendly. The metro was right outside, made getting around easy. Rooms were a bit snug, though. But the breakfast was solid, especially for us veggies! Loved the festive vibe they had going on.

Brilliant, clean hotel with brilliant views. Fab central location, very close to the the bus stop and underground, clean next to tube station, and Close to the London City Airport. Besides, very convenient to Rathbone Market.

Beds were too firm.

The breakfast with the rate for every rate and marmalades and good coffee was absolutely superb, you'll find what you need. I had a decent size and silent room, really enjoyed the very comfy bed.

Convenient early check-in and luggage storage.

The breakfast bar was overcrowded and lacked sufficient seating.

Brand-new beautifully maintained room, satellite TV, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment were appreciated. The staff was willing to help when needed.

Blood found in room near door handle of bathroom and light switch. Asked for it to be cleaned. Light switch still dirty on checkout. Would like to hear a response by email if not will go to trip advisory and document same complaint. This was very disgusting!

The room was spotless and functional, included an electric kettle, air conditioning and an iron. It had extremely comfy beds and a pleasant view on the London skyline.

No clear reception desk leads to confusion upon arrival!!! A fridge in the room would have been convenient!!! Difficulty locating rooms adds unnecessary hassle!!!

Friendly staff, perfect location, as the hotel is just 100 metres from the underground station and offers essential amenities like a tv and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect.

It was just a good match for a swift stopover in London with good price-value balance. The staff was very friendly and even changed my room for a better view. Make sure to try the local bus service. It's super convenient.

I ran into a couple of hiccups . The air conditioning didn't work until I found the switch high on the wall, a bit inconvenient, especially during a hot spell. The TV had a Chromecast feature, but I couldn't figure out how to connect my phone to it, a letdown for anyone hoping to kick back with some personal streaming. Cash services were unavailable, which isn't mentioned until check-in, and that irked me a bit. I reminded me of the room could be a touch larger to accommodate luggage better, as it felt a bit cramped.

The room was clean, but the extractor fan noise disturbed our sleep.
